Do staff need to install an app?
No. NextOrca runs in the phone browser.
Is location tracking always on?
No. It is a setting per company. When it is on, only the start and the end of each registration keep a location. There is no live tracking.
Can I send hours to my accountant?
Yes. The payroll report is a PDF per employee or for everyone, with your rates for normal days, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Can staff get messages on WhatsApp?
Shift messages can go out through WhatsApp when your company has a WhatsApp Business account connected. It is optional.
How are the photos stored?
Photos are made small on the phone before they are sent, so they take little space and pages stay fast.
How much does it cost?
